The Horticultural Society of New York
- 583 Park Avenue at 63rd, New York City
On Tuesday, April 8, 2008, The Horticultural Society of New York hosted our much-anticipated spring gala, Flowers & Design. This year’s gala was held at an exciting new location: 583 Park Avenue, the unique and elegant event space designed by Delano & Aldrich and completed in 1923. We are delighted that this year’s honoree is renowned interior designer, author and garden enthusiast, Charlotte Moss.
The city’s leading floral designers always create spectacular table designs for this event and this year they were inspired by our theme “A Garden Party.” The Design Chair was Chris Giftos, former Floral Master at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
