Irving & Fine Trunk Show
- The Charlotte Moss Townhouse
This Irving & Fine collection circumnavigates the globe, moving from weavers in Uzbekistan and embroiderers in India to the hands of worldly women. Designers Carolina Irving and Lisa Fine introduce an ethnic flair into haute couture. Inspired by journeys to parts near and far, their adventurous creations reflect a love of Romanian folk dress and peasant blouses of Eastern Europe, block prints, embroidery and hammered gold, as well as vibrant colors such as ochre, persimmon, and pomegranate. Weaving styles and colors into complex patterns, often accented with the richness of gold thread used in bygone Ottoman and Indian royal costumes, the Irving & Fine collection introduces a ravishing and innovative style of dress.
